STANEK Legal won the case for one of its Clients by leading to the claim rejection. The Court upheld our arguments according to which it is possible to conclude a prorogation agreement by means of a proper reference in the general terms and conditions. The value of the object in dispute was ca. EUR 1,9 mln.
