SCOPE OF PRACTICE
The Firm’s practice focuses on the representation of clients in complex commercial disputes before common courts and arbitration courts, representation of clients in administrative and administrative court proceedings, mainly in the tax area, with particular emphasis on proceedings before the Supreme Administrative Court, and on the defence of clients in commercial and fiscal criminal cases. An equally important area of the Firm’s activity is corporate services for entrepreneurs, M&A transactions and assisting business clients in drafting and negotiating contracts.
The Firm’s specialisations include advising on construction disputes, tax and administrative proceedings, proceedings before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, contracts in the railway and automotive sectors, trading in financial instruments and white collar crime (economic and fiscal criminal offences).
