Legislative and regulatory consulting

The Firm offers advice on constitutional and public law, including to non-governmental organizations. In this regard, the Law Firm benefits from the experience of Prof. Mariusz Jablonski, a recognized representative of constitutional and administrative law doctrine.  

The Law Firm’s advice includes, in particular:  

  • preparation of draft legal acts and comprehensive legislative maps;  
  • providing opinions on drafts of legal acts at a given stage of the legislative path;  
  • – Issuing opinions on contracts and legal acts in terms of their compliance with constitutional law, administrative law, EU law and international law;  
  • advising and creating structures and legal rules (internal acts, statutes, regulations) for the functioning of local governments and non-governmental organizations;  
  • representation before public administration bodies, administrative courts, the Supreme Administrative Court, common courts, the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court;

The experience of the Firm’s lawyers includes, in particular:  

  • drafting a comprehensive legislative map including statutory provisions, regulations, and other acts that do not constitute sources of generally applicable law on behalf of an international industry organization regarding changes in the law allowing the spread of the use of antibacterial elements in public places;  
  • consultation and drafting of statutory provisions aimed at protecting an international passenger carrier from the risk of operational restrictions resulting from proposed legislation;  
  • preparation of a legal opinion on the possibility of candidacy and assumption of office by the Mayor of the City of Lodz;  
  • preparing an opinion at the request of the Business Centre Club on the draft law amending the law on mortgage bonds and mortgage banks and certain other laws;  
  • preparing and submitting, on behalf of the municipality, a motion to the Constitutional Tribunal to examine the compliance of the act nationalizing urban forests with the Polish Constitution;  
  • issuing an opinion and representing the Business Centre Club at a joint Senate session of the Budget and Public Finance Committee and the Legislative Committee on the proposed amendment to the Banking Law in fulfillment of the obligation to adjust the legal system to the Constitutional Tribunal’s judgment of March 15, 2011. (P 7/09).
