Of Counsel Agnieszka Posmyk

Agnieszka Posmyk is a German attorney at law (Rechtsanwältin), affiliated with the Berlin Bar Association (Rechtsanwaltskammer Berlin), and a Polish legal advisor registered on the list of legal advisors kept by the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. As a legal advisor and German attorney, Ms. Agnieszka Posmyk is authorized to practice permanently in Poland and Germany.

Agnieszka Posmyk completed her law studies with the First Legal State Examination (Erstes Jurtistisches Staatsexamen) at the European University “Viadrina” in Frankfurt and her studies of European law at the University of Rennes I in Rennes (France), obtaining the Master of Laws degree.

She completed her legal training in Brandenburg. During her time there, she worked, among other things, in a national court and in a prosecutor’s office, as well as in a German law firm in Frankfurt and in a law firm in London. She completed her legal apprenticeship with the Second State Examination in Berlin (Zweites Juristisches Staatsexamen) and was registered as an attorney in Berlin. From 2010 to 2016, she worked for the renowned German law firm Noerr in Warsaw.
