Karolina Stefańska is an advocate registered in the list of attorneys kept by the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
She is a Faculty of Law and Administration graduate at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw.
She has been working with MTS Maniewski Tarkowski Stanek Law Firm since 2016. She specializes primarily in providing comprehensive services to clients during proceedings before common courts, particularly on commercial disputes. He conducts proceedings in commercial law, bankruptcy law, copyright law, capital market law, and personal rights protection, among others. She also represents the Firm’s clients in criminal proceedings concerning economic crimes and administrative and administrative court proceedings. In addition, her experience includes ongoing legal advice to Clients from various sectors of the economy, drafting and reviewing contracts and participating in negotiations.
Her professional interests include contract law and property law.
She gained her previous experience at the Students’ Legal Clinic and then at Warsaw law firms of attorneys and counsellors.
