Paweł Maniewski

Paweł Maniewski is a legal adviser. He completed his judicial training at the Court of Appeal in Gdańsk.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. He also completed doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.

Paweł Maniewski gained his previous experience working in recognised national law firms with offices in Warsaw and the Tricity, as well as cooperating with large entrepreneurs from the shipbuilding, pharmaceutical, construction and architectural industries and with entities managing investment funds.

During his career to date, Paweł Maniewski has successfully represented clients in numerous court and arbitration disputes. Paweł Maniewski has extensive professional experience in the use of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods, including in-court and out-of-court mediation and arbitration. His professional experience also includes comprehensive legal advice to clients from various sectors of the economy, including, among others, on investment projects, as well as on capital restructurings, securing transactions and marginalising the risk of liability for board members.

In his professional practice, he specialises in legal issues of substantive and procedural civil law, commercial law, capital market law, bankruptcy and restructuring law, as well as civil and administrative enforcement. He has extensive experience in providing ongoing legal advice to entrepreneurs in the construction, architecture, shipbuilding, investment, IT, TSL and pharmaceutical industries. He has also provided ongoing legal advice to Investment Funds.
